It was during my time in Latin America that I discovered my love for yoga—a surprising twist given that my first experience with it left me unimpressed. Back then, I was convinced that yoga wasn’t suited for my athletic and fast-paced lifestyle.

- From the age of eight, I thrived in competitive sports like swimming and lacrosse, eventually rowing at the collegiate level (still avoiding yoga). But curiosity—and my competitive nature—finally led me to give yoga another shot. I embraced the challenge, aiming for advanced poses like splits and balancing upside down. Little did I know that this practice would evolve into my greatest passion.
- With 15 years of experience, I’m now fully dedicated to sharing yoga’s holistic benefits with others—especially those who, like I once did, think it’s not for them. As a certified expert with nearly 2,000 teaching hours, I’ve trained with renowned instructors and currently lead classes at some of San Diego’s top studios (Spirit, Yoga Box, and YogaSix). My private sessions combine structure, adaptability, and a blend of athleticism with deeper wellness practices—a perfect harmony of western and eastern philosophies.
