First: give me a call or schedule one, so we can get to know each other and answer any initial questions you may have.

Second: I’ll gift you a complimentary introductory session. Here we’ll get to really connect! I’ll better understand where you are and what you’re looking for so I can create a program that suits you perfectly. And you’ll be able to suss me out.

Lastly: I’ll craft a personalized yoga plan and schedule that’s tailored to your unique needs and lifestyle.

We’ll gather just around the new and full moon for journaling, discussion, intention setting and friendship. The main goals here are to increase mindfulness, reconnect with the true self, build community, become more empowered, and rise beyond that which keeps us small and stuck.

Each meeting has a specific theme and will be structured. We’re all about self-awareness, intention, self-mastery and a desire to grow. Sharing is never required, but encouraged for greatest transformation. Please come with compassion, kindness and an open heart and mind.

Bring: a notebook and pen, blanket or beach chair and layers!! (it gets chilly at the park).
